Step 6: Application Approval

Once your application has been reviewed, our team will notify you regarding the status of your application. If approved, you will receive instructions to secure the property with a security deposit and next steps in the leasing process, including your anticipated move-in timeline. Please note that approval does not reserve or hold a property. A property is only considered reserved once the required security deposit has been received and confirmed.
