Once you have reviewed the qualifications and gathered your documentation, complete the online application. Application Requirements

• Every applicant age 18 or older must complete a separate application.
• Applications must be complete and accurate.
• Incomplete applications may delay processing.

Application Fee A $30 non-refundable screening and processing fee is required for each adult applicant* * This fee covers the cost of processing your application, including credit screening. The fee is non-refundable once the application has been processed, regardless of approval or denial. At the discretion of the Housing Provider, the screening fee may be applied toward another available rental unit.
