To help expedite processing, please have the following documents available: Identification Acceptable forms of identification include:

• State Identification Card
• U.S. Passport
• U.S. Passport Card
• Military Identification
• Permanent Resident Card

Income Verification Employer Income Please provide:

• Last 2 pay stubs if paid bi-weekly
• Last 4 pay stubs if paid weekly
• Most current income documentation totaling a month of income

Self-Employed Applicants Please provide:

• Most recent filed tax return
• Up to 3 months of current bank statements

Cash Income Please provide:

• Notarized income verification letter; or
• Employer letter on company letterhead verifying employment, length of employment, and income

Rental History Provide at least two years of rental history including:

• Landlord or property manager name
• Phone number
• Email address (if available)
