Step 7: Submit Security Deposit & Reserve Your Home

To secure the property, approved applicants must submit the required security deposit within the timeframe provided by Miracle Realty Property Management. Once the security deposit has been received and confirmed:

• The property will be reserved in your name
• The property will be removed from the rental market
• Lease documents will be prepared
• Move-in coordination will begin

Properties are offered to the next qualified applicant if the deposit is not received within the required timeframe.
