Step 8: Lease Preparation & Signing

After the security deposit has been received, lease documents will be prepared and sent electronically for review and signature. Before signing, residents should review:

• Lease terms and conditions
• Rent due dates
• Utility responsibilities
• Property rules and regulations
• Maintenance procedures
• Tenant portal information

All lease documents must be signed prior to move-in.
