Step 9: Submit Remaining Move-In Funds & Utility Set Up

Prior to receiving possession of the property, residents will be required to submit any remaining move-in funds, which may include:

• First month’s rent
• Approved pet deposits or fees
• Any additional charges outlined in the lease agreement

Utility Service Requirement All required utility services must be activated in the tenant’s name prior to move-in. Proof of utility setup (such as a confirmation page or account verification document) must be submitted before keys are released. Proof of utility activation is required prior to move-in and keys will not be released until confirmed.
