Keys & Final Steps

• You sign the move-in inspection form
• We confirm everything has been reviewed
• Keys and access devices are handed to you

Once completed, the home is officially yours. During Your Tenancy Our Tenant Portal allows residents to conveniently:

• Pay rent online
• Submit maintenance requests
• Access lease documents
• View account information
• Communicate with management
