Step 5: Screening & Verification

After your application is submitted, our team will begin the review process. Screening may include:

• Identity verification
• Employment verification
• Income verification
• Rental history verification
• Credit review

Credit Requirements Most properties require a minimum credit score of approximately 620. Applicants who do not meet standard credit requirements may still be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be required to provide:

• Additional security deposit
• Qualified co-signer

Co-signers must meet the same income, credit, and rental criteria and are fully responsible for lease obligations if applicable.
